What's your main inspiration for making music?

At some point in my life I listened to a lot of almost-underground-but-kinda-mainstream bass music and EDM. My focus on sound design, flow and small details in melodic composition stuck with me enough to give LMMS a shot when I was about 11yo. I kept listening to a lot of Noisia, Virtual Riot and gameripped OSTs throughout my early musical journey.

What software do you use?

Initially from FL Studio, I currently use Bitwig as my main DAW while my plugin suite's most used are Arturia and UVI's lineups of effects, synthesizers and libraries. My flagship softsynth of choice is Pigments and I do not own Serum despite it being such a standard in my line of work.

How long have you been doing this for?

I started making music approximately 10-11 years ago as of writing this. It is unclear to me exactly when I made the switch from playing with synthesizers to actually writing music with them, but I know for sure I did sound design for longer than I did music at first.

Favorite games?

Cyberpunk 2077, Deep Rock Galactic, Elite: Dangerous, Ratchet & Clank series are all great bets. While Cyberpunk 2077 remains the true king, the others are out of order.

Do you believe in Pringles Paprika flavour supremacy?

Yes, and I'll explain exactly why.
There is something quite strange about the way the Pringles method of mulching the potatoes and then later pressing them into perfectly uniform chips allows them to take on other tastes from spices and dip. usually I find that paprika is a very abrasive thing to flavour chips with as it usually becomes a very mouth-drying and overwhelmingly BBQ-esque experience (I hate BBQ-chips with a passion) but somehow Pringles managed to pull of a variety of this that goes very well with common Danish snack dip styles without being meaninglessly plain either. I will pick these off the shelves any day I get the chance.
PS. I do not endorse Pringles as a company. They may be scumbags, beware.

Here's the legal jargon that I probably felt awkward writing. Please read. These terms are set between you (herein referred to as "the commissioner", "the buyer") and DeNomaly (herein referred to as "the artist", "the musician")
The terms cover the process of commissioning, acquisition and use of my works.
When, following discussion, I begin work on your commission, whether before or after payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General

[1.1] You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract to commission me. In the case that the commissioner is not able to agree to these terms on this basis, the commission cannot proceed.[1.2] A "Sketch Loop" refers to a short piece of music composed exclusively for the purposes of pinpointing the desired style, genre or other musically significant characteristics relevant to ensure the commissioner receives a final product that aligns with their vision. You are not allowed to share Sketch Loops under the guise that these are finalized works or representative of such.[1.3] I reserve the right to deny commissions for any reason. Explanation for denial is likely, yet not required.[1.3.a] If a commission is denied before Sketch Loop phase is over, and full work has begun on the track, you are eligible for a full refund. Past the Sketch Loop phase, you are not eligible for a refund.

2. Commissioning Process

[2.1] It is your duty to inform me if the commission is to be used in a commercial product, and furthermore of the product in question. This includes, but is not limited to; video games, advertisements, movies, media for distribution on sites that pay revenue such as YouTube and exhibitions/performances with paid admittance such as museums or live events.[2.2] Commissions for music with lyrics expressing strong or abrasive political beliefs will be denied (even if I agree with the sentiments).[2.3] It is your responsibility to ensure that I am adequately informed as to produce music that fits your vision. Please ensure you have a clear idea, and sufficient reference (where applicable) to make this process easier for both parties.[2.4] The commissioner may supply audio samples or specific melodic composition for inclusion in the final product, such as vocals, motifs or chord progressions. It falls on the commissioner to ensure such usage does not infringe upon any rights.[2.4.a] Supplied audio samples or compositions created using generative AI/Machine learning will not be accepted excluding only drum or percussive samples so long as these are still permitted through section [2.4].[2.5] The commissioner has a right to request status updates (within reason) including exports of the current progress for listening. Such status update exports will be in lossy formats.

3. Shipment & Usage

[3.1] The finalized composition will be shipped in both a lossless .flac and 32bit .Wav file. .Wav files do not universally support metadata, but .flac does and so should be shared or uploaded with this in mind.[3.2] Any work produced by me is not permitted for use in training algorithms of any kind, nor for distribution as NFTs.[3.3] When commissioning me, you pay for the service of music creation. I do not sell licenses for exclusive use of my work in relation to personal commissions. My work may be used for all purposes barring those included in section [3.2][3.4] Upon request and further discussion, I may be willing to share project files of the commissioned work, presets or midi files used in or containing work done for exclusively your commissions. Please keep in mind that paid, proprietary software is required to make use of project files or plugin presets.[3.5] YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN, OR THAT OF ANY 3RD PARTY

This specific section is currently underway as I'm having that relatable feeling of inability to describe much about myself besides... I'm Danish, I'm 21, and I love making music!
Let's create something cool together.
